Ordering My waiting list can vary so contact me for further details. With custom orders almost anything is possible but I do have an options list for most of the standard choices as regards to woods and appointments. If you are interested in ordering an instrument you can either phone or write to me. You are welcome to visit my workshop but by appointment only. Payment Payments should be made in Euros (€). Payment by overseas customers can be made by Direct Bank Transfer. For up to 14 days after delivery if you are unhappy with the instrument in any way you are welcome to return it and have your money refunded except the deposit and shipping costs. If not in original condition, the cost of restoration will be deducted. Reimbursement will follow immediately upon resale of the instrument. • To secure a place on the waiting list a deposit of €100 is required. • One third of the total value of the instrument is a non-returnable deposit and required before commencing manufacture. The balance is payable before collection of the instrument. Shipping Shipping can be arranged and is quoted separately. It can workout cheaper for the customer to organise the shipping. I have had customers come and collect their instrument. On a couple of occasions I have also hand delivered the instrument personally to clients. Customers have come from Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, England, Finland, France, Germany, Holland, Poland and across the USA.
